Position Title: Excel/Google Sheets Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functions formulas data analysis and automation techniques. This role requires a detailoriented individual capable of managing and analyzing large data sets creating complex reports and optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets templates for business processes.
- Create complex formulas pivot tables and data visualization tools.
- Automate repetitive tasks using VBA (for Excel) or Google Apps Script (for Google Sheets).
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and security in all spreadsheets.
- Train team members on using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functionalities
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Mathematics/any relevant field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an Excel/Google Sheets Specialist or in a similar role.
- Handson experience with advanced formulas data analysis and macros.
- Proficiency in using Google Apps Script or VBA for automation is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large data sets and generate meaningful reports.
