Position Title: Excel/Google Sheets Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functions formulas data analysis and automation techniques. This role requires a detailoriented individual capable of managing and analyzing large data sets creating complex reports and optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets templates for business processes.
  2. Create complex formulas pivot tables and data visualization tools.
  3. Automate repetitive tasks using VBA (for Excel) or Google Apps Script (for Google Sheets).
  4. Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
  5. Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  6. Ensure data accuracy consistency and security in all spreadsheets.
  7. Train team members on using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functionalities
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Mathematics/any relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Excel/Google Sheets Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Handson experience with advanced formulas data analysis and macros.
  • Proficiency in using Google Apps Script or VBA for automation is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and generate meaningful reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
