Job Description
Mortgage Loan Originator
Description:
Originate process and close inhouse and secondary market real estate loans and HELOC loans.
- Interview applicants examine evaluate and authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for Real Estate loans.
- Analyzes applicants financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting the loan.
- Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years experience in mortgage loan origination or related field; knowledge of loan underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards; familiar with title reports insurance and appraisals excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines; working knowledge of loan origination software; strong interpersonal administrative and organizational skills
