Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a fulltime summer internship. In this position you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and improve reporting tools to better forecast.
- Update inventory items with latest pictures for fleet parts.
- Source MISC projects & needs from internal customers.
- Forecasting & inventory management.
- Internal customer service.
- Track orders deliveries and invoices.
- Address discrepancies.
- Obtain quotes and compare costs.
- Process purchase orders.
- Assist with general administration duties.
- Maintain electronica and manual filing systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge shall and/ or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a Wonderful Scholar in Sophomore Junior or senior year of college.
- Ag Business major or related field preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfdirected and able to work autonomously.
- Energetic and able to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Pay rate: $18.50/hr.
