Job Responsibilities: Primary Facility Maintenance: To set standards for daily weekly & monthly cleaning activity and monitor the same.
To assist purchase to get quotes from vendors and make recommendations
Ensure that the contractor is following the statutory requirements i.e. ESIC PF and minimum salary wages and 180 days rotation of staff.
Maintenance of office equipments Ensure the compliance and upkeep of the equipments checking and forwarding of monthly breakdown and down time report.
Assist Purchase to finalize AMCs with the vendors for all equipment
Ensure that the vendor attends the calls in specified time as per the AMC
To maintain upkeep of the facilities
To maintain good dcor in office and continuously work on new initiatives
Guest Relations Management: Ensuring visitors and client visits and stay is well coordinated and managed smoothly
Cafeteria management:
Responsibility is to ensure that the cafeteria is run on a 24 x 7 basis with the highest quality standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Implementing feedback received and addressing employee concerns. Responsible for ensuring that the pantry service is available on a 24 x 7 basis which includes the Tea/Coffee vending machines and water dispensers.
