About the Role: Provide expert production support for dataintensive applications ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Implement automation and monitoring solutions to enhance system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to data pipelines and applications.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell.
Monitor system performance and health using tools like AppDynamics Splunk Moogsoft and Prometheus.
Manage service requests and incidents using ServiceNow or Remedy.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows.
Support and manage Big Data environments (Hadoop HDFS) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure).
Perform data modeling and ETL processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Essential Skills:
Strong Python programming and data manipulation skills.
Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Big Data technologies (Hadoop HDFS).
Handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure).
Solid understanding of ETL Data Warehousing and Data Lakes.
Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics Splunk Moogsoft Prometheus).
Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow Remedy).
Proficiency in Shell scripting.
Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with AI/ML concepts.
Knowledge of additional scripting languages.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
Experience with other cloud monitoring tools.
