Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead Frontend (Angular) to join our team. In this role you will lead frontend development efforts ensuring highquality performant and maintainable code. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams conduct code reviews mentor developers and drive best practices in frontend development. If you have a deep understanding of Angular HTML CSS and modern frontend technologies wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the frontend development team ensuring code quality performance and best practices.
* Design and develop scalable maintainable and reusable UI components using Angular HTML CSS and TypeScript.
* Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and optimization techniques.
* Maintain a strong focus on performance optimization and accessibility.
* Write and maintain unit tests and endtoend tests to ensure application stability.
* Collaborate with designers backend developers and product managers in design discussions and requirement gathering.
* Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend development and implement improvements accordingly.
* Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and monitor frontend application health.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 6 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular (latest versions).
* Proficiency in HTML CSS SCSS JavaScript and TypeScript.
* Experience with state management libraries (NgRx Akita etc..
* Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.
* Expertise in writing unit tests (Jasmine Karma) and endtoend tests (Cypress Protractor etc..
* Handson experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
* Knowledge of responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and version control best practices.
* Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor developers.
* Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. * Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and optimization techniques.
