Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing awardwinning UKbased telecommunications provider disrupting the small business space with nextgen VoIP and broadband services.
As part of their expansion they are looking to hire a talented and motivated Junior Mid UX/UI Designer to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highgrowth fastpaced environment where innovation learning and impact are part of everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
UX/UI Design and
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile using Figma
Develop and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components
Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear usercentered designs
User Research and Usability Testing
Conduct usability testing and analyze tools like Hotjar and Mixpanel
Collaborate on the creation of user personas journey maps and wireframes
Use research insights to iterate on and improve the user experience
Crossfunctional Collaboration
Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to maintain a consistent digital identity
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and crossfunctional team
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in UX/UI Design HumanComputer Interaction Graphic Design or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in UX/UI design preferably within SaaS or B2B environments
Proficient in Figma including Auto Layout Components and Prototyping features
Understanding of frontend development principles for effective collaboration with developers
Experience with usability testing tools and datainformed design decisions
Strong visual design skills with a grasp of typography layout and color theory
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
