Machine Operator FFS (Form Fill and Seal) Machine
Job Title: Machine Operator FFS Machine
Department: Production/Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor/Plant Manager

Job Summary:
The FFS Machine Operator is responsible for operating maintaining and troubleshooting Form Fill and Seal (FFS) machines to ensure efficient and highquality production. This role requires attention to detail adherence to safety standards and the ability to make adjustments to optimize machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Set up and operate FFS machines according to production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.
Adjust machine settings (temperature pressure speed etc. to achieve optimal output.
Ensure proper loading of raw materials such as films packaging materials and product ingredients.
2. Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Identify and remove defective products and packaging.
Report any deviations in product quality to the supervisor.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the FFS machine.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments.
Notify maintenance team of any major machine malfunctions.
4. Safety & Compliance:
Follow all workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
Ensure that machines are operating safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
Keep accurate records of production output downtime and maintenance activities.
Report any incidents malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating FFS machines or similar packaging equipment preferred.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions and machine manuals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or production facility.
Exposure to noise heat and machinery operations.
Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of protective gear.
