Talent Acquisition Manager

Are you passionate about sourcing standout talent and shaping highperforming teams Were looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join a collaborative and forwardthinking People & Culture team in a highgrowth technology business.

Youll be the driving force behind attracting toptier talent across multiple functions from tech to sales partnering directly with leaders to ensure every hire is a strong match. In this fastpaced role no two days are the same. Youll be screening candidates across diverse job families crafting hiring strategies promoting the employer brand and building talent pipelines to support future growth.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own the endtoend recruitment process from job brief through to offer.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build tailored sourcing strategies.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences that reflect our peoplefirst culture.

  • Maintain a 7day SLA for candidate response times while reducing timetohire metrics.

  • Champion employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other platforms.

  • Build a proactive pipeline of future talent across diverse job families.

  • Report on recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the P&C team.

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years in internal or agency recruitment ideally across tech and professional services roles.

  • Strong sourcing headhunting and screening skills especially using LinkedIn Recruiter Seek and ATS platforms.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles across different departments and seniority levels.

  • A resultsdriven mindset with an eye on both speed and quality of hire.

  • Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable with behavioural and valuesbased interviewing techniques.

  • Organised proactive and highly resilient you love a challenge and thrive under pressure.

  • Knowledge of visa/work rights is a plus.
