Job Description
- Support Facility Management Team leading a 24/7 operation team organize and implement a comprehensive maintenance program of all mechanical and electrical installation.
- Support 24/7 Shift operation & data logging.
- Management & Preventive Maintenance of all Facilities Equipment i.e. HVAC Chillers CT AHU Pump Fans Compressed Air system.
- Coordination of external service provider contractor vendors.
- Dust collector management.
- Fire Protection System Mgt.
- HT & LT Electrical system operation & maintenance LEV Exhaust & Chimney.
- Data logger of utilities TNB PBA TM LPG etc.
- Dock leveler / Lift / Dumb waiter / Roller shutter.
- (Solar Power) day to day operation monitoring.
- Spare part & Store control.
- Diesel std. by generator set.
- Compliance laws.
- Provide support for Document control HSE / ISO / CAU / Insurance / Competence / License / Registrations etc.
- To deal with ST DOSH DOE BOMBA MBPP & other relevant authorities on related matters.
- Develop and maintain records and reports i.e. preventive maintenance activities equipments master list etc.
- Supervise technicians and guide them on daily operation job function.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Facilities Maintenance especially in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical skills in Facilities Equipment. Electrical skills will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft office tools AutoCad will be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge and Exposure of Facility process procedures and technology.
- Ability to plan and lead projects such us new equipment installation.
