Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the companys financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial management taxation audit fund flow management and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Management

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.

Identify costsaving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
2. Accounting & Reporting
-
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting MIS reports and dashboards.

Oversee invoicing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.

Ensure smooth of internal statutory and tax audits.
3. Banking & Fund Flow Management
-
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Optimize fund flow and working capital requirements.
4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST Income Tax and other regulatory requirements.

Liaise with auditors tax consultants and government authorities.
5. Leadership & Team Management

Lead mentor and develop a highperforming finance team.

Foster a culture of financial discipline and compliance
