Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team in the microfinance industry. If you are a resultsdriven professional with experience in sales and microfinance this is an excellent opportunity to help us provide financial solutions to our clients.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to promote microfinance products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance client retention.
Achieve sales targets by effectively marketing loan and financial products.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Banking Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in sales banking or microfinance.
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in credit assessment and loan processing is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
