Job Description
This role plays a critical part in supporting partners as they integrate and maximize the value of our payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects ensuring efficient and high client satisfaction.
- Identify unique client requirements and project challenges proactively working with internal teams to resolve issues and minimize risks.
- Define project scope develop plans and allocate necessary resources while establishing clear milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate timelines implementation strategies and project approaches that align with business objectives.
- Escalate critical project challenges when necessary engaging senior leadership to drive resolutions and maintain alignment with client expectations.
- Analyze client portfolios operational structures and processes to support smooth implementations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency reduce costs and increase overall client satisfaction.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends payment technologies and best practices applying new strategies to optimize implementation processes.
- Take on diverse project types to expand expertise and enhance adaptability in managing various implementation challenges.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
- Strong project management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint Word Excel and related tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Detailoriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy in reports data analysis and client communications.
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven professional with strong business acumen.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to absorb and apply technical and operational concepts to business solutions.
- Hybrid 3 days in office (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)
