Job Description: Field Sales Executive (FOS)
Overview The Field Sales Executive (FOS) drives sales by engaging with clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. As the company s frontline ambassador the FOS identifies opportunities builds strong relationships and uses effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and promote products.
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products addressing client queries.
- Negotiate contracts and maximize profit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and track leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or related field.
- 1 years of field sales or direct client meeting experience preferably in edtech or healthcare.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel extensively.
