Job Description: Field Sales Executive (FOS)
Overview The Field Sales Executive (FOS) drives sales by engaging with clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. As the company s frontline ambassador the FOS identifies opportunities builds strong relationships and uses effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients and promote products.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate products addressing client queries.
  • Negotiate contracts and maximize profit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and track leads.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or related field.
  • 1 years of field sales or direct client meeting experience preferably in edtech or healthcare.
  • Team management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively.
