Job Description

Job Title
Talent Acquisition Manager

The talent acquisition manager would be an evangelist of the core ethical values of the
company and the unique solutions for longterm investing from a bouquet of Quantum
Mutual Funds and be responsible for:

Responsibilities will include:

Develop long term recruitment strategies in line with hiring plan.

Collaborate with stake holders to identify talent needs. Determining the selection

criteria.

Source the right candidates using a variety of search methods with highest level of

speed and efficiencies.

Shortlisting candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing

screening in line with Job Description and company values.

Maintain and submit hiring dashboards on weekly basis.

Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.

Manage onboarding and new hire process.

Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.

Develop job postings job descriptions and position requirements in line with

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Manage the overall interview selection and closing process.

Ensure all screening hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment

laws and regulations

Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Lead employer branding initiatives.

Manage manpower agencies/vendors.

Candidate profile .

Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 810 years recruiting experience in handling endtoend recruitment Pan
India. Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative
ownership and integrity. Should possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Skills
Excellent working knowledge of using LinkedIn and job sites.
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
Willingness to learn.
Result oriented.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a handson approach and
when necessary of any responsibilities when required. Willing to put in the extra mile to
source the right candidate in time.
