What Youll Do:
- Moderate and review usergenerated content (texts images videos) in French ensuring it complies with our community guidelines and legal requirements.
- Spot and eliminate harmful content like hate speech abusive behavior explicit material and spam to ensure a positive online environment.
- Deliver clear and consistent moderation decisions that protect the integrity of our platform and uphold our values.
- Collaborate with teams across the globe to resolve complex content issues and continuously improve our policies and processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest online trends and challenges in digital content moderation.
- Work towards achieving efficiency and quality ensuring KPIs are met without compromising on the safety of the community.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Proficiency in English (for team communication and training).
- Experience in content moderation customer service or community management is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick fair and consistent decisions.
- Selfdriven with strong organizational skillsyou can handle tasks with ease even in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of online safety community standards and the digital security landscape.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
- A proactive solutionoriented mindset and a true passion for fostering a safe inclusive online space.
Extra Points For:
- Familiarity with content moderation tools or platforms.
- An interest in internet culture and staying updated on social media trends.
- A background in compliance media or legal industries is a bonus.
