Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments ensuring alignment with company goals.
Provide regular reports and dashboards for the CEO and leadership team highlighting trends risks and opportunities.
Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
DataDriven Decision Making
Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Support in setting targets and benchmarks for various business units.
Strategic Support & Insights
Assist in business reviews board presentations and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights.
Conduct deep dives into operational challenges and provide factbased recommendations.
Benchmark company performance against industry trends and competitors.
Project & Initiative Support
Support the CEO Office in driving strategic projects and special initiatives.
Work with different departments to implement performance improvement plans.
Ensure effective tracking and of key business priorities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Data Analytics Finance or a related field.
24 years of experience in a performance analysis business analysis consulting or strategy role.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI SQL).
Experience in working with OKRs KPIs and performance frameworks is a plus.
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
