Responsibilities:

  • Perform highvolume typing tasks and transcription duties to support various departments ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
  • Manage virtual calendars coordinate remote meetings and organize travel arrangements to support daytoday operations.
  • Maintain digital filing systems ensuring that all records are updated secure and compliant with company policies.
  • Assist with data entry report generation and documentation of standard operating procedures to streamline business processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison between teams facilitating effective communication and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of administrative functions.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards while managing sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma required; a degree or coursework in business administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative support typist or data entry roles with demonstrable highspeed typing skills (minimum 70 WPM) and strong accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom Slack).
  • Exceptional organizational multitasking and timemanagement abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of managing correspondence and preparing professional documents.
  • Selfdriven resourceful and comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
