Operational Responsibilities
Identify suitable dealer partners across India based on sales planning and set criteria
Connect with potential partners in assigned markets to help them understand Client brand product and business opportunity.
Work with the retail partner to identify a suitable location for Client Sales/ Service facility
Overseeing partner onboarding process coordinate with retail partner and network manager to complete agreement LOI deposit amount etc.
Recruitment of sales / service staff in coordination with the retail partner interview candidates shortlisted by the partner
Arrange for training of sales/ service staff recruited by the retail partner to ensure they are fully trained before EC opening
Complete ownership of dealership build (Sales and Service facilities) in assigned markets
Manage database for all the dealer request that we receive through various communication channels
Continuously improve the Network Development process by reducing lead time
Crossfunctional Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales/ service to ensure timely completion and handover of the facility
Coordinate with design team for layout finalisation
Ensure timely followup with finance CI business and various other stakeholders to meet project timelines
Coordinate with network manager and leadership team for design finalisation
Coordinate with network manager and leadership team for partner finalisation
Work with the retail partner and different government departments for STA approval TC etc.
Coordinate with service team to support service staff recruitment
Coordinate with training team to ensure partner staff training is completed before EC opening
Team Responsibilities
