Job Description
Jobs Description:
- Responsible for the daily deployment and maintenance of company products.
- Assist customers in locating and analysing the root causes of issues related to business applications.
- Help customers resolve problems encountered during the implementation and operation of solutions.
- Responsible for delivering and implementing solutions and empowering customers and partners.
- Maintain the customer simulation environment for solutions.
- Collaborate with the delivery and develop teams to provide a more comprehensive support loop.
- Responsible for tasks related to the containerization of application systems.
- Handle system deployment monitoring enhancement and emergency response for both public and private clouds.
Jobs Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in Chinese listening speaking reading and writing in order to have smooth conversation with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Linux and familiar with the installation and configuration of common maintenance tools and services under Linux.
- Familiar with Kubernetes Docker Container etc. with an indepth understanding of Docker/Container networking storage and security.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Shell and Python.
- Familiar with common opensource middleware and databases (Nginx Tomcat HAProxy Redis MySQL MongoDB LVS Keepalived etc. highavailability architectures and knowledgeable about their installation deployment optimization and maintenance.
- Proficient in Docker commands and Dockerfile writing.
- Familiar with K8S ecosystem components such as Harbor Kiali Docker etc.
- Knowledgeable in network protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Possess strong problemsolving skills capable of quickly locating and resolving operational faults.
Additional Information:
- Working Hour: 5 days 8 hours a day
- Industry : Cloud Management Cloud Computing Linux
- OT provided (Double pay)
- Bonus provided according to the contribution
- 13th months at the end of the year
- Annual leave: 8 days per year if continuous service of less than 2 years; 12 days per year if continuous service of 25 years; 16 days per year if continuous service of at least 5 years.
