Job Description
1. To identify key areas of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions.
2. To responsible to ensure all Islam Syaria law Halal Standard requirement & Halal Malaysia Certificate by JAKIM been followed.
3. To assure Halal Assurance system been implemented and been followed effectively.
4. To cooperation with JAKIM and HALAL enforcement related HALAL document procedure 5. To ensure and assure all the items ingredients been followed all JAKIM Halal requirement. To work and liaise with Procurement Department on supplier invoice source of the items for operation / production. 6. To advice to develop and to assure all Halal Committee effectively functions in the operations. 7. To give a training coaching to the Halal Committee as to build the awareness among team members to assure Halal Integrity process are firm. 8. To planned to coordinate and to do Internal Halal Audit
9. To assure all the Halal requirement standard by JAKIM been followed all the process and terms.
10. To ensure compliance with the regulations licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food businesses.
11. To monitor the health condition of food handlers and to arrange medical examination or suspension of work where necessary
12. To handle complaints or enquiries from customers/ guests on food hygiene matters.
13. To ensure all aspects of the hygiene service are carried out and maintained to the required standard.

Qualifications :
- College / Bachelor education
- Minimum 2 years of hygiene experience
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel Word & PowerPoint
