Position Overview
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating engaging video content that aligns with our clients brand vision and goals. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise allowing you to create highquality visual narratives that captivate audiences across various digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities
Video Editing and Production
- Create and edit compelling video content for a diverse range of digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate script concepts into visual stories.
- Ensure all video outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Client Collaboration and Communication
- Engage with clients to clearly understand project requirements and expectations.
- Maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
- Incorporate client feedback effectively to enhance content quality.
Analytical and Creative Thinking
- Apply critical and creative thinking skills to solve technical and creative challenges seamlessly.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new techniques.
- Utilise analytics to assess and improve video content performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Film Production Media Studies or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines efficiently.
- Leadership and Initiative: Proven ability to take initiative and lead creative projects independently.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions during the editing process.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Consistent and adaptable under pressure delivering ontime and highquality results.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively within a team to ensure cohesive content output.
