We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team in the beautiful coastal city of Sharm ElSheikh Egypt. As a key member of our front office team you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth hotel operations.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations and guest services
- Provide leadership and support to front office staff fostering a collaborative and customerfocused environment
- Train mentor and evaluate team members to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally and empathetically
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and maintain loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to achieve departmental goals
- Assist in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and local regulations
- Participate in revenue management initiatives including upselling techniques
- Manage shift operations including staff scheduling and workload distribution
- Stay updated on local tourism trends and events in Sharm ElSheikh to provide valuable information to guests
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience in a front office or customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software preferably Opera Cloud or similar systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- First Aid certification
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with local culture tourism industry and hospitality regulations in Sharm ElSheikh and Egypt
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
