3Sixty Sales team is responsible for qualifying leads and converting leads into opportunities then close deals to generate revenue to the company from new customers upsell/crosssell to existing customers.
The Sales Agent is responsible for qualifying leads and converting cold leads into opportunities by scheduling demo meetings with the product specialist and follow up to close deals acquiring new customers and upselling/crossselling to existing customers. This is done by different methods including but not limited to online research cold calling/Emailing Demos and networking
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Target: Achieve monthly sales revenue target.
- Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls to the leads.
- New Customers Acquisition: Achieve the monthly target of new customers acquisition.
- Talk Time: Achieve the average talktime.
- Sales Calls Quality: Maintain sales calls quality guidelines & quality score.
- Prequalifying Time: Maintain the average prequalifying time.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- 35 years of working experience in cold calling and sales closing for Englishspeaking markets
- C1 in English language
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good computer skills: Windows and MS office programs.
