Our client is a leading tower company in Saudi Arabia undertaking a Data Governance Solution Implementation Project. This initiative aims to align with SDAIAs NDMO standards which resemble the DAMA framework ensuring compliance with local data governance regulations.
ROLE
Our client is seeking a Technical Consulting Specialist to provide expertise in change management organizational transformation and digital capability enablement. The role focuses on driving enterprisewide transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with maturity frameworks and industry best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead change managementinitiatives to support digital transformation.
- Develop and implement organizational transformation strategies.
- Enhance digital capabilities awareness across business units.
- Ensure alignment with Maturity Frameworks and TOGAF principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business agility and process optimization.
- Define best practices for technology adoption and enterprisewide change enablement.
- Assess and enhance digital maturity levels within the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance on governance and transformation frameworks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7 years of experience in change management digital transformation or enterprise consulting.
- Expertise in organizational transformation and digital capability enablement.
- Strong knowledge of Maturity Frameworks and TOGAF.
- Experience driving largescale change initiatives and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
