Job Summary
Profile:Accountant-Chair Manufacturing-Surat-3.0 LPA
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting billing and bookkeeping preferably in a manufacturing trading or furniture organization.
Salary Range: 20k to 25k
Roles:
- Accurately record and maintain all purchase and sales transactions in the accounting system.
- Generate GST-compliant invoices debit notes and credit notes and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
- Reconcile purchase and sales registers with supporting documents and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain ledgers for vendors and customers and follow up for pending documentation or clarifications.
- Assist in monthly closing activities preparation of MIS reports and coordination with auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensure proper filing and upkeep of invoices vouchers and statutory records.
- Support compliance activities related to GST TDS and other applicable regulations as required.
Qualification:
- or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
