Universal Overseas Consultants (UOC) commenced its operations for local placements in the year 1993 in Chennai. Seeing a huge success in local placements, in the year 1995 we extended our placement services for overseas clients also. During the initial years we acted through agents, for recruiting manpower to their clients in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Sector. Through this arrangement we have placed people in Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
