Reach is the first and largest Palestinian contact center for outsource telecommunications. Established in 2009, Reach is a member of PALTEL companies, offering the highest quality performance-driven services, through multi-communication channels. Reach handles 45,000 calls per day through the use of our Cisco IPCC Technology system, allocated across 260 seats. Our multi-lingual agents are able to receive and make calls around the world, and are experts in a variety of industries. In 2011, we competed with 1200 contact centers in the Contact Center World Awards. Reach won the Gold Medal twice (in England, and in Las Vegas) for Top Ranking Performers in the “Best Outsourcing Partnership” category. Reach Contact Center has been granted full ISO 27001 Information Security Management certification as of June 2011. Only a handful of companies in the region have this level of security, and Reach is the only Palestinian contact call center to hold this high level certification. With this certification, we can offer our clients high level security as part of our everyday service, to protect your business and your customers. What is ISO Certification? ISO 27001 is the only international standard to define the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). It provides a model for establishing, operating, reviewing and improving an Information Security Management System. Becoming ISO certified is a rigorous process, which not only requires the passing of an in depth network and in-office systems audit, but also puts in place a complete daily management system that creates an environment which does not tolerate insecure information practices. This ongoing and internally audited discipline ensures that your data remains secure for as long as we are in possession of it.
