In 1990 we anticipated a boom in the housing sector, so we established El Roda Development Co. El Roda sole purpose was to engage in housing developments. In 1995 ECIC made a joint venture with Sky Light Co another leading development company in Egypt. Together they own El Wadi resort and Horizon Hotel which are located on the Red Sea. ECIC owns 25% interest in Skylight Co. In 2012 ECIC started exploring new markets in the region.
