MSR does the following to satisfy the requirements of its clients: • source qualified applicants, • initially interviews/screens applicants, • assists EMPLOYERS in selection of best-fitted candidates for the job being offered, • processes the personal travel documents of selected candidates • deploys the selected candidates MSR also monitors its recruits even they are already working for their specific EMPLOYERS (this is a requirement by the POEA).
