About GLOBAL CORP GROUP

The Global group started in 2003 as a single company with a capital of just Rs 10 Million ,which targeted micro financing activities such as consumer durable loan, hire purchasing, personal loan schemes etc. While we carrying our business the demand for our services had been increased and circumstances compelled us to create a new company to handle core business areas to manage the growing demand. For the objective of the above the Global group started up a separate company for leasing business. It was the second company in the group and company named Global Leasing ltd. It was a very successful strategy in the group. All the product and services were based on one product of Leasing, the time of starting the company paid up share capital was only Rs 50 million. By year 2012 it was grown up to the level Rs 100 Million and the company was able to reach to the customers with a innovative ,tailor-made products. Despite the above situation the management decided to formulate a new company named Global Housing and Real Estate Ltd in 2004. Most of the people in Sri Lanka know the group as Global Housing. Because Global Housing implemented many successful projects right around the country and people grab those projects. While we are engaged in above business, we decided to step in to the construction industry as well , as it is more related with the Real Estate business. For the purpose of above we started a new company named Global Housing and construction (pvt)Ltd. By proving the strategy of the management, the company could grabbed a big market share in Housing construction industry. In view of the stepping to the new business arena, the management of the company introduce a another member to the group. It was a IT industry and the company is engage in developing the soft ware solutions and data base marketing activities. This is the 5th company in the Group and name is Global e solutions. We are the Global group looking for the best possible business arenas and making our maximum effort to maximize the share holders value in the company.
