Eagle HR grew out of the extensive experience of Harrison Clark Rickerbys solicitors’ Business Services Department in providing corporate and commercial advice to hundreds of businesses nationwide. These clients consistently expressed their frustrations at not being able to access the kind of HR and Health and Safety support that was solution-focussed and empowering – rather they were constantly told by their advisers what they couldn’t or shouldn’t do. Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Employment Team therefore conceived and launched Eagle HR in 2012 to meet this growing need. The Business is led by Harrison Clark Rickerbys Head of Employment, Barrister Jenny Okafor-Jones who passionately believes that, with the right advice and support, employers can stay on the right side of the law and minimise the risk of employment litigation without sacrificing the success and progress of the business. Today we support businesses across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, as well as further afield in London and the Thames Valley, Birmingham, Manchester and the South West of England. We cover a wide range of sectors including health and social care, education, manufacturing and engineering, equestrian, childcare and landscape gardening.
