• Comply the daily inspection check list • Check your area/equipment’s prior to start the job and make sure it is safe to work/use otherwise report it immediately. • Use the correct tools for the correct job and make sure it is calibrated. • Follow the operational control/work instruction identified and other safety rules. • Ensure use of applicable personnel protective equipment. • To follow the emergency procedure and participate in the mock drill. • Preserve the resources and environment and try to reduce the waste being generated from respective operation • Maintain 5S & actively comply with personal hygiene requirements. • Train your helpers or assistants about the hazards and precautionary measures of the machines. • Do not avoid or remove any of the safety devises installed on your machine at any cost. • Do not obstruct the passage ways or emergency exits or fire cabins etc. • Actively participate in the risk assessments trainings toolbox talks, meetings and all HSE related matters. • Report all near misses, incidents, unsafe conditions, acts, non-conformity etc.
