About Invicta Med
Our founder and staff have been creating medical training courses in Dubai and Europe for over 10 years. During this time, we realized that doctors, medical staff, and private practices were often experiencing unexpected challenges to be successful. Despite a thorough clinical training, a vision, a passion and a heavy investment, medical projects and careers often struggle. The medical marketplace is now very competitive, and medical staff is simply not prepared enough to always meet the high patient and management expectations. We wish to empower staff to be more comfortable about how they work, and not just what they know. For example, soft skills such as communication and professional skills to be able to convey confidence in what you offer is nowadays essential for every staff member in a clinic. Our passion for teaching and business led us to merge both and create unique training and recruitment strategies to optimize business performance in medical practices, to enhance career prospects and to ensure the success of each individual medical staff.
