Our client is the leading supplier of fashion hair accessories in South Africa.
We are on the hunt for well presented, experienced FMCG Representatives for this dynamic company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 4:15pm
Requirements
Matric Qualification
3 years sales experience
FMCG Sales
Valid Drivers licence
Own Car
Excel Intermediate

Salary
R18 000 CTC
You will receive a fuel card for business purposes only. You may however use fuel to the value of R200 per month as private. Your vehicle is to be re-fueled at close of business each Thursday and again prior to commencing work each Monday. Private fuel use in excess of the allowance will be recovered from your salary
