A Towing Company is looking for a Call Centre Dispatcher
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Must have excellent communication skills.
Computer Literate.
2 years Call Centre experience( preferably in towing)
Good telephone etiquette
Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict
Must pay attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a Team
