Are you a Solutions Engineering Manager with strong service delivery experience working with SaaS products? If yes, read on!
We are hiring aSolutions Engineering Managerfor one of our top clients in the technology space. The ideal candidate is someone who is inspired by building customer loyalty and retention through value-based solutions. This person will be a trusted partner that will help the customer achieve their desired growth.
In this role, you will:
- Understand customers' needs and proactively make strategic recommendations that deliver ROI to customers
- Influence the roadmap and product development
- Drive account growth and development of relationships with key customers through technical solutions, sales coordination and service delivery
- Communicate across functions of Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Engineering
Requirements:
- 5+ years of client-facing experience dealing with SaaS products
- Experience inleading or managing a team
- Solid experience with JavaScript
- Experience with any of the following IOS and Android programming languages - Swift, Objective C, Java, Kotlin, or C#
- Mobile development experience
- Passionate about technology and working with afast-growing SaaS company
