Our international pool of Top Coaches are at the core of what allows CoachHub to provide quality coaching for our clients. As a Senior Coach Events Planner, you will join our global task-force pioneering the future of digital coaching and evolving CoachHub s Coach Community. You will be the go to person and face behind any events targeting our global Coach Community.

About the team:
This amazing team is responsible for the Community experience of our Coaches worldwide. Not only will you collaborate with people having interesting backgrounds and interests - but you will be a part of a passionate coaching environment assisting in developing and maintaining an amazing team culture. You will collaborate closely with your manager, CoachHub's Head of Digital Coaching Institute and Community.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and management of all CoachHub events for our companies coaches from conception to delivery - online, in person, and hybrid events!

• Responsible for overseeing and completing all preparations of logistics for events which include: scouting and determining locations, identifying and booking the appropriate speakers, soliciting bids, managing relationships with vendors and Coach & client communications, creating and negotiating contracts, managing budgets, etc.

• Design the yearly event planning for the entire Coach Community to ensure we re supporting our Coaches at all relevant events (virtual, hybrid, and in person)

• Work in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Coaching Institute and Coach Community to support and execute coach events

• Drive the implementation of innovative and engaging event formats to inspire our Coach Community

• Help to evolve our offerings using industry best practices, platform capabilities and lessons learned

• Implement KPI s for all event types (e.g. for virtual data analysis to track effectiveness)

• Advise on hybrid events and help us grow our strategy as the Coaching industry continues to change

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3+ years of event management experience- must include virtual event experience
• Proven positive track record of successfully planning and executing virtual events
• Experience on events with over 1,000 attendees (conferences, summits, etc)
• Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans
• Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, high intensity, and cross-functional dependencies
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines and operate under tight deadlines
• Resourceful and able to pivot and innovate
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
• Excellent negotiator, with strong interpersonal and relationship skills
