- 10 12 Years' experience in building solutions with at least 7 years relevant experience on Salesforce
- Experience in managing large Salesforce transformation projects and Application support engagements
- PMP & Agile certified, Service Cloud/PD1 certification
- Proficiency in applications such as JIRA, Apex packages, Rally & Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
- Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
- Track to resolve technical issues, regularly communicating with the business team on the status of the issue resolution
- Implement Service Cloud projects adhering to the development standards and best practices, committing to the agreed timelines, and ensuring quality metrics are met
