Job Brief:
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for owning the identification and development of quality sales opportunities. They will prospect and nurture new leads from outbound activities and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on monthly targets. They will act as the initial point of contact with potential new customers & will need to have excellent research skills to identify the relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. They'll spend a lot of time making phone calls and preparing lists. Lead generation is their main responsibility, finding and moving leads through a sales pipeline.
