Recruiter (Temporary)

Local production facility is seeking a Recruiter / HR Assistant.

This position will be day shift, Monday Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Contract timeline: approximately 3 months

Duties Include But Not Limited To:

• Use referrals, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates
• Conduct interviews with job seekers daily and extend conditional job offers
• Coordinate on-site and phone interviews
• Facilitate the candidate screening process such as background checks, skills testing, drug testing, etc. as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Proven experience in a fast-paced job
• An outgoing and friendly personality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Flexibility to change tasks quickly
• Reliable
• Able to take direction and willing to learn new processes
• The ability to prioritize tasks and approach each one with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent computer skills
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions

Pay: $18.00/hour
