Producer

Multinational Mass Media and Entertainment corporation is currently hiring a Producer. As a Producer, you'll produce original content and oversee operational activities for the Television photography department.

Hybrid Role: 2-3 days a week onsite (Hybrid schedule depends on the team's schedule, but could be a bit flexible on the days working onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Produce photo coverage (galleries and unit/episodic) for Bravo series and specials, and offer photo production support, as needed, to all networks in addition to corporate assignments.
• Assign and book external and internal photographers for unit coverage and galleries.
• Handle photography production process.
• Ingest images, renumber, create and apply metadata files, resize, upload, and distribute via Getty.
• Perform basic editing (cropping, color correction, light retouching) in Photoshop and Bridge.
• Manage and maintain budgets, negotiate fees and expenses, source and hire photographers and production crews.

Minimum & Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in photography, photo editing, and photo production.
• Strong working knowledge of Mac computer systems (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook), Photo Mechanic, Adobe Photoshop, and Bridge.
• Must have experience working with digital photography and be familiar with photo asset management systems Desired Characteristics.
• Retouching experience a plus
