PeopleSoft FSCM System Analyst

Title: PeopleSoft FSCM System Analyst

Duration: 15 Months

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Prefer candidates who are local to Austin and/or Texas. This position requires the candidate to be onsite two days a week.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8 Years of Required Experienced Peoplesoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Business Analyst/Product Owner actively involved in complex implementations and upgrades
• 8 Years of Required Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business process, develop and conduct testing including UAT, Integration
• 8 Years of Required Continued: develop training documentation for various Phases within PeopleSoft FSCM modules
• 8 Years of Required Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 FSCM Modules including GL/KK, AP, AM, PO, eProcurement.
• 5 Years of Required Experience with PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Contract Management.
• 5 Years of Required Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.
• 5 Years of Required Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher.
• 2 Years of Required Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade project
• 1 Year of Required Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
• 1 Year of Required Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules GL/KK, AP, AM, PO, eProcurement
• 4 Years of Preferred Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
• 2 Years of Preferred Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure
• 2 Years of Preferred Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
• 2 Years of Preferred Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a PeopleSoft Implementation
• 2 Years of Preferred Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
• 2 Years of Preferred Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams
