LINQM is looking for multiple office clerks.
Looking for these core qualities:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to seminars, working group meetings, conferences, workshops, and roundtable discussions.
  • Coordinate registration including but not limited to, invitation creation, list management, attendee tracking, and pre & post-event reporting.
  • Edit and review documents for clarity, grammar, and layout.
  • Help in the maintenance of event timelines and programs (e.g. Run of Show) documents.
  • Provide On-Site support for in-person and virtual events Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external contacts.
  • Assist with placing vendor orders for events as needed.
  • Assist with preparation and shipping of materials for off campus events
  • Attend and participate in planning meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and with multiple team members
  • Ability to manage shifting schedules and priorities on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and registration software.
  • Willing to learn new tasks and adapt as needed for each client.
  • Proficient on several virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Crowdcast etc.)
