We are looking for a highly energetic IT Project Coordinator to administer, organize andcoordinate the various project activities. You should have excellent time management andcommunication skills, as you ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver resultson deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator s duties are to ensure that all projects arecompleted on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. The position is a Contractto Hire role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframe
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Ensuring that clients needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
- Use tools to monitor time sheets, plans and expenditures
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project s progress and showcase the project s value.
- Looking for ways to increase the project s profitability and reduce expenses where possible and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes and understanding formal escalation and review processes
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- 1 -3 years of experience with proven track record as a Project Coordinator or a similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
