JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of all client inventory levels. TheInventory Specialist will be a problem solver, digging into inventory information, performing root cause analyses,and implementing policies and procedures. The Inventory Specialist will work in unison with the Forecasting teamas well as cross-departmental personnel on a daily basis to ensure that proper marketing materials are deliveredcorrectly and in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and measure defined KeyPerformance Indicator s (KPI s)to align with SGI and clientgoals/expectations for reportingand consulting purposes
Monitor, analyze, and report allinventory item levels
Set up and maintain items ininventory management systems
Coordinate with materialproduction vendors to ensuretimely and accurate deliveryof materials
Receive and resolve clientinquiries by assigning internalresponsibilities, coordinating
collaboration, and ultimatelycommunicating resolution backto the appropriate individual(s)
Coordinate with internal partnersand personnel to ensure timelyavailability of materials for
marketing production
Coordinate with internal ITand Warehouse personnel toresearch and provide answersto client requests
Apply analytical skills to resolveinventory issues, identifyroot causes and correctiveactions, and implement policiesand procedures to amplifycontinuous improvement

Proven organizational andproblem-solving abilities
Strong process analysis skills must work to understandcurrent processes and possess
the ability to recognize gapsand areas for improvementwithin those
Strong oral, written,presentation, and interpersonalcommunication skills
Strong sense of personalresponsibility and accountabilityto deliver on commitments
Able to work independently andprioritize multiple objectives in arapidly-changing environment
Flexibility to manage changingpriorities and/or methodswith minimal notice whilemaintaining a positive attitude
Establish and foster strongrelationships with cross-functionalpartners to obtain thedesired results
Exceptional organizational andtime management skills; must havean ability to manage deadlines
Able to audit and assessprocesses quickly
Accurately enter data andinformation into Excel anddatabase managementapplications

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSE

Bachelor s degree or equivalentwork experience
Demonstrated achievement inmathematical and/or analyticalcoursework or work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Officeprograms (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Retail experience is a plus
