Events Organizer Planner

Executes marketing strategies and Initiatives devised by the C.E.O. and/or the marketing team to support the growth and development goals of the hospital and organization overall.

Continually meets with and assists physician and their offices in understanding the benefit of Pinnacle Healthcare services, including working with elected officials, officers, government, unions, non-profits, community based organizations, employer groups and religious/academic organizations.

Plans and coordinates functions, programs, and events to Promote the organization and its service offerings.

Ensures all events meet the Pinnacle Hospital and special event requirements as necessary with a high-level of sensitivity to customer service and enhancing public relationships with program organizers and participants.

Facilitates special events and conferences.

Tracks progress and identifies obstacles for events and project completion.

Initiates and/or assists with the development of content for publications and press releases

Presents, then implements and executes various marketing strategies and initiatives to support the goals, branding and community awareness of the organization, its services and physicians. Marketing strategies may include creative advertising, billboards, website, collateral materials, brochures, mailers, newsletters, magazine and/or newspaper articles, social media, etc.

Preserve confidentiality of sensitive material routinely encountered as part of work assignments.

Works with the Chief Executive Officer, management team, and Physician leaders to ensure the marketing efforts are effective and/or meeting the needs of the leaders.
