Leading Commerical Construction client looking to bring on an experience Estimator for the multiple locations in the Bay Area.The position will support the project teams by producing comprehensive financial and budget analysis for the project.
Position Functions and Responsibilies
Position Functions and Responsibilies
- Maintain clear structured hard copy files and electric files, estimate Creation
- Manage Subcontractor solicitations, Document Review and Takeoffs
- Maintain Unit Costs
- Manage Final Estimate Assembly
- Create Subcontracts and Buyout
- Manage the turnover Package, design build process
- Utilize MEP special assistance for highly technical projects
- Analysis of subcontractor bids for conformance to the drawings and all written instructions to bidders.
- 4+ years of commerical construction experience
- 2+ years of experience working on commercial construction projects at budget of $5 Million+
- Bachelors Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
