Engineering firm with multiple offices is looking for an Electrical Engineer for their Alexandria, Minnesota office!


Responsibilities:
  • Design electrical solutions for a variety of facilities
  • Evaluate existing power/control systems, electrical specifications, lighting/loading calculations
  • Coordinate tasks for a multi-discipline team
  • Communicate with clients/contractors
  • Manage project, meet deadlines, and stay within budget


Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in building systems electrical engineering
  • PE License in Minnesota and/or North Dakota or ability to obtain within one year of employment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Arc Flash Studies, Visual Lighting programs and COMcheck energy calculations
  • Knowledge of lighting/power design
  • Knowledge of various electrical codes (NEC, NPFA, IBC, Life Safety Code)
