We (www.oncehub.com) are a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides lead acceleration solutions to organizations worldwide.
We have always been a remote company spread across six countries and five continents. You ll work remotely from your home in the US and report directly to the CEO.
As Chief Marketing Officer you will be responsible for building a marketing team that can execute at strategic and tactical levels. Your main objectives for the coming year will revolve around positioning, messaging, branding, thought leadership, lead generation and market understanding.
To succeed in this role, you will have to be deeply involved in setting direction so that the department functions seamlessly with a strong focus on operational excellence and creativity. An additional critical success factor will be your ability to collaborate with the Sales, Customer and Product functions and ensure that the business impact of marketing is maximized.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Operating experience as a CMO/VP/Director of Marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Business experience in startups/pivots where use of good business sense was required.
IMPORTANT:
- Most OnceHub departments work around European time zones. Being in the USA, you must reside in an EST time zone and will need to start your day early, so that you can collaborate effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- At least 8 years experience in a senior global marketing position in a B2B product led SaaS organization targeting the USA market.
- Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, pricing, branding, lead generation, product strategy, social media, communications, website, etc.).
- Demonstrated leadership skills Proven ability to build, develop, retain top talent and drive cross functional collaboration and team performance.
- You stayed with your previous companies for longer than 2-3 years and are looking to grow with a company during a multi-year journey that can scale over time.
- Have a collaborative and consultative work style and thrive in a high volume, highly dynamic work environment.
- Superior time management and very organized with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- You feel at home in a multicultural environment.
- Working from home makes you excited, and you are confident you can stick to it in the long run.
- You feel comfortable in a work environment that requires you to be connected outside standard working hours.
